Trouble installing Masteries mod plz help me

Hello, I am newer to this.... this probably doesnt belong here but its best place i could find i am having trouble installing masteries mod....

I made a folder in Titaqueast IT folder called Custommaps and threw all the files in their.... I then took the files out of FX_Textures and put them In Titan quest Database (The first titan quest although i have tryed putting them in both) then i ran the game and went to go and play hit custom Maps and nothing is their =(

what am i doing wrong please help asap.

I've done everything shown above and said in link and its like its partially working. Changed the name of one of my masteries but not the rest and that was all. It wasnt showing up as a map to select either but the masteries arrow did show up. So its partially working. Am i missing something?
