Can't Download Lilith

I am unable to download the 1.1 Classical or the Difficulty Changer files. They start downloading, then stop almost immediately with on a few kb. The "Creature" zip starts downloading at 800 to 900 kb/sec but drops off to 10 or 12 kv/sec after about 2 or 3 mb. I'm running Vista, no problem playing TQIT -- HELP!!

I used the backup link in the classical post for the main file today, but the primary one did the same thing to me.
