Sorry, should of kept you posted. I found them a few days ago. I thougjt I was being "so smart" by setting a portal to warp back to the cemetary and looking around there. And there are two spots where you can really enter the treelines deep! One spot by the mausoleum where you can go down a hill and get deep in the woods and another spot 12 about characters heights north of the gravestones where you head straight east and almost can get right through the trees! (Someone else on this thread had a problem there)
SPOILER: If anyone reading these is looking for them cursed woods it's almost halfway between the cemetary and the North gate to Elsnar (or whater its called) where the road bends and there are trees you can navigate through to head south into the cursed woods. SPOILER OVER: With V-day and all I havent got to play in two days and I'm nervous cause my game totally freezed up twice so far just after turning the first bend on the downhill path at the Cliffs of Elesium of Asteria (Or some name like this) Has anyone else had a problem there? I am running TQ Elesium with infinate potion stacking, the It's a releicve cheat (weakly justified by the lack of inventory space), and freeze time at midday. I also found an arcane formula in Lilith and ported into another custom map , ran to spartan camp and made a Shroud of Eternal Night for my character, (which gave me the teleport bug) but that fixed itself by shutting down and restarting TQ.

wow, nice work on the cursed woods! i must say that the diversity of landscapes in this mod is good, but cursed woods is really great. nice atmosphere and again excellent choice of music and sound effects.
one comment though. i read earlier on in this thread that someone asked to tone down a bit the fog in the swamps. to be honest, i'd like to see the fog toned down a bit too. swamps look great too, but it was too often where i could barely see the mobs. |

The problem with the Swamps is'nt the fog, it's the vegetation that is too dense. Joint with the fact that at this point, so early in the game, we got no poison protection. Pristine plumage could be very useful in this area !

so i just arrived in asteria. asteria cliffs were hard on my pc though. my framerate sucked. but mostal... you are the man!!
great world design and asteria is just absolutely great! so much detail went into it. you just got yourself a new fan and while this version is already ******* awesome, i can't wait to play version 1.0.hm, i've gotten tons of bleu melee weapons and staves. i wish for once i would get a blue armor piece. ![]() *edit here's a small idea for your mod. not sure if it would interest you. but how about you made it possible to buy your own house in asteria. say you would put a few houses there, each on a little more expensive than the other. and then you could buy a key from a vendor there so you can enter the house. i've come into housing in divine divinity, morrowind, oblivion and quite a few mmo's and i always loved it. and i think it wouldn't take that much time/effort to put it in right? a few houses and a vendor that sells the keys. of course it would be nice if you could have some storage or something in the house. anyway, is just an idea. i was running around asteria and i was thinking it would have been nice to own a house there. adds a bit to the roleplaying feeling ![]()
