Many quest item problems

Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Anyways,

So I was wandering through Elendar, and I came across this temple. I went in, cleared it out, and found a back door that said "Sewers - a key is needed to open this".
So I said to myself, "Hey, I have that key!" And I walked up to the door and clicked it.

Then that conscience guy from nowhere says, "You cannot open this door." and that kind of crp.

And it just struck me that I lost all my quest items a while ago.


So, my question is, is it possible to get this key back from the invisible guy or via TQ Vault?
Or do I just have to use a different character?


Also, can I get the Sacred Relics back from the priest, or do I have to use another character?

What about the Parchments of the beasts? Can I just kill the monsters to obtain them again?

The light stick and some of the virtues?
