It sucks... no offense, alot of shields do that.

its a good starter shield....

3 armor sets --> early game, mid game, end game (any-old-item,blue,purple)

The shield is early game, it boosts skills and gives decent block.

I know it's early game I've been carrying it around since like level 8. I'm in the Orient now level 26. Thought I might be able to get rid of it on here.
