Inventory bags in co-op

I'm playing TQ:IT with a friend of mine co-op on a LAN. We're in late act 2 now but the thing is, my friend has three inventory bags, while I only have two.

Did I miss a quest that gives an inventory bag or is this a known bug or what?

What are the inventory bag quests so I can double check if I actually got them?

In late Act 2 you should only have two bags. The third bag comes early in Act 3.

As I_Raps said you should have 2 bags, the reason why he has 3 could be:
1. He has a mod installed that gives you all 3 bags right from the start.
2. He has already been to act 3 and done the quest that gives you the 3 bag.
3. ???
