Places Where I Can Find THis !!!???

guys , i am looking for spectral matter , actually i just completed ACT 1 and i am lvl 20 now , i did visit the 2nd Act for a few min , and again turned back to Act 1 for creeping , i need to find this particular item , for a charm , till now i havent found a single piece of this item ... i think i need to find 3 to make a complete one . can anyone help ???

Search is your friend, it's right up there underneath the left end of where it says "Welcome, wolf."

It drops mostly in act2, around the middle of it. At least thats where I farm and it takes like 10 minutes to make one.

Giza Plateau and Valley of Kings are normally fruitful.

Just kill a lot of Ghosts/Shades and Sandwraiths. They can mostly be found where Batman said. In fact Shades tend to be very common in various tombs, so its worth searching in any tomb really.
And you need 5 to make a complete one. 3 is for relics.
