Should I be doing this much damage?

I have a level 31 seer using a sword that does 23-28 dmg +19% (+218% damage from skills) and 382 damage with 402 enegry leech, about 200 dex, 350 str. When I get a crital they are over 2000 damage against normal neaderthols.

what sword is it ? what skills are you using ? you can get that number with a Sabretooth , i guess , with an achilles in it ?

Nope you cant.. Since crit are AT MOST 1.5 (and you need 500 OA difference, which is less than likely possible in Normal act 3).. And even then you ll need a hit that hit for 1400 dmg first..

The only thing that comes to mind MIGHT cause that number is either: Phantom Strike w maxed Dream Stealer or Lethal Strike.. (and its not even likely to be possible even w Lethal Strike)..

Since he/she is a Seers, i ll think Phantom Strike, and its a crit, no .. o.0 mayb you hav some item that gives +1450% dmg to Neaderthols -sp?-, that works too xD

I am using maxed phantom strike with maxed dream stealer and maxed lucid dream. thats what gives the +218% and 200 ish damage. Im using a soul carver

I got a 1.5kish with my Templar off a crit PS in act 3, it was after a shield smash though. So 2kish wouldn't be completely out of the question with lucid and high OA, since my tempie only has moderate OA and no lucid.

Fairly certain that Shield procs can't proc during a Phantom Strike. Ditto for the Spear procs. I have certainly never seen Volley proc with PS so I would be suprised if the shields can...

Shield Smash procced before I did PS, or at least I think it did. It was against a hero and I was getting an abnormally large amount of crits before I ended it with a PS.
