Default Where to farm at level 53 Templar?

I desperately need some new gear. This is my first character that made it to legendary. I am only doing about 900 DPS and that isn't really cutting it. My resistances are all in the teens and I have about 5700 HP. My build is:

TitanCalc by stonedonkey - A Titan Quest Calculator - Templar

I have decent life leech with the legendary neck but I don't do enough damage to keep it up and the mobs are really starting to beat me down. I just reached Nile floodplain in Act 2.

I tried farming legendary cyclops and nessus for a while but nothing seemed to be worthwhile. I don't know how Clvl and items work so I just want to make sure I'm not wasting my time at level 53 trying to farm for nice stuff on these two guys. I can't really farm legendary gorgons yet because it takes too long with my current gear. Should I go back and farm Hades? Also I can do Epic SP but Nate takes like 20 minutes for me to kill due to my DPS (I run back up the stairs and reset him because he can 2 shot me)

Any suggestions on where I should farm?

Your skill-tree looks fine more or less. So the gear is your problem.
Farm epic Hades, with 3x mod, you should be able to handle it with Templar. Just use maxed Colossus + Trance of Conv.

In case if you can't handle 3x yet - farm Hydra in legendary Greece.

ok, you definitely need a new artifact. new legs would be good too, as well as replacing your arms (i see you're in the process already).

long n short? hit the trade section of the forums or start farming the hydra or the act I telkine...either one should get you some nice stuff pretty soon.

I tried the Hydra and I don't die to him but I can't really hit him all that much his attacks really hurt me, and the act 1 telkine was easy but the mino boss raped me bad. I literally had to run around and hit DR over and over and over hahaha. Even in collossus form I couldn't withstand his attacks long enough for the potion cooldown to renew.

I guess its back to Hades. Does anyone know how Clvl effects drops? Like to items only drop that are within your level? If so what is that range?

Thanks for the advice.

PS Quick question about the trades. Is there some program that outputs your inventory in TQvault to a readable text file or are people just posting each item manually in the trade threads? I'd like to list everything I have but not do it one by one.

Mino boss rapes meleers because his Hamstring almost zeroes your Defensive Ability, hence he just crits you to death.
But if you deal decent damage he isn't the problem though.

At \TQVaultData folder there is txt files with sacks contents, which look like that:

SACK 9
0 The Furies
1 Sapros the Corrupter
2 Sapros the Corrupter
3 Sapros the Corrupter
4 Sapros the Corrupter
5 Persephone's Caress
6 Persephone's Caress
7 Thyestes' Scheme

You can use them as trade-list.

Yep your skills seem all right. Perhaps you should invest more attributes in strength. Your dexterity is pretty high already and you don't need that much of it anymore at this point. Any OA and DA you should start getting from legendary gear.

The yellow ring I would probably replace with something that perhaps gives +% damage or at least +OA or +% attack speed.

In terms of farming, I'd say either act 1 telkine, the hydra, or whole Hades palace. Dactyls tend to drop good stuff if you are lucky/unlucky enough to run into one. It wasn't once when a Dactyl dropped something good for me considering I only killed a few of them in my lifetime so far.

I stopped at 250 dex for a while but I kept getting crit'd so I started raising it some, was going to take it up to 300. But other than that its been str only.

I should have took a SS but my OA is like 550 or so and my DA is like 650 or so. That yellow ring gives me +800hp and dual resists w/ socketed haha.
