I could go more but it stops at 199% attack speed. I'm in Epic diff right now. It really doesn't go any higher?

If you are dual-wielding, that is the max displayed. If you are single-wielding, then it's 222%.

Don't pay too much attention to it, so long as your kill rate is decent to you.
