I just bought the gold edition (TQ and IT) but I haven't opened it yet. I just want to ask, how active is the online community? I mean like, do people still play this game online?

If I just logged on, could I find a pickup game easily at any given time?

I mean, the game looks great and all, but co-op is amongst my favorite themes. I'd love a quick answer, as I'm dying to play but am still waffling about it.

Yeah, I did go online a few times and there are tonnes of games happening at one time. However you must be careful to pick the one where you'll be welcome.

No, it's just once you enter someone's game you ask them if you could join their party, I think it's in the menu when you press 'P' or something. So if they agree then I suppose you're welcome.

Oh, well that doesn't sound too bad. It's like diablo 2 I suppose.

no thats not the case at all . most games you will find are full of hackers and cheaters . you must also be carefull of your quests , as high level players will go ahead and take your crystals of Erebus , which you only get once oer level .

its best to start your own game online , and use the lvl cap to keep players to your lvl , that way they cant leap ahead of you .

keep your server name the same all the time , that way regulars you trust , can find you .

you can also use a password , so only people you give it too can join !

There is a thread on the 'trading' forum about bad traders. I think you should read it. It'll help you to know what kind of tricks some people can pull off in order to rob you off your goodies without giving anything in return.

its not that bad , really , but some people can really stuff up your game.

just stick to your lvl cap .

When trading , always make sure there is enough romm in your inventory , to hold your items , if there isnt , and the deal is closed , your stuff can fall on the floor and be pinched , if you dont have room .

Errr... that's starting to sound like the early versions of diablo 2

Oh and I forgot to ask, are there... 'henchmen'? Like friendly NPCs of any type that can aid a player if he decides to go solo?
