Found this while browsing in the Upper City of Lost Souls in Epic.

It's all in the +% to XP gain. Just wait 'till you get to legendary.

Not if you have more than 18.0 hp regen/sec
You can use that to get exp, while farming on mobs lower than you, just get some green armor/amulets & rings and equip it with relics or artifacts that give you some hp boost and hp regen. That way you can use the item to receive some nice exp, without having to loose any health or hp regen

I've been thinking, what if you use a Sacrificial Medallion on a Champion?
With wolves and ancestral warriors killing the mobs, and you max Heart of Oak, og drink a Healt potion very often? (sorry if it's hard diffivult to understand xD)

It's great for throwing on just before you get those quest rewards also.

Ya, thats what I bought it for. I figured the price didn't matter since I had 45 million at the time and it was only going up since I wasn't buying anything.

Just dont forget to take it off before you go attack that next boss.

If your character is strong enough you can wear it all the time. My lvl 40ish ranger never unequips it.

Also, if you have a item that has a nice +% hp regen equip it to cancel out loads of the hp degen. I don't exactly know how it works , but +% regen reduces negative hp regen drasticaly. I found this out while messing around with desecrated prefixed greens

My level 44 Harbinger started Epic Greece with it and hasn't taken his off either, though admittedly he's only just passed the Gorgon bosses. Have some stuffs that make my health regen exactly 0, and one weapon and artifact that yield about 30% Attack Damage to Health.

It really does make a difference in exp when you leave it on all the time. I started Epic around Level 40 and will probably be 46-47 by the end of Greece
