Masteries only build...

Hey All,

I've been reading some of the threads, about people doing attribute only builds, and had the thought of a "masteries only" build. By that I mean, only using the masteries to change attribute points with no allocation of other points.
I don't think I've seen a thread for it, but if there is OOPS!
If not....any thoughts on this idea?

I have built a few single mastery builds and I have often found myself not adding attribute points as I really didn't need to. I've been known to store up 30-40 attribute points only applying some in order to use a certain piece of equipment.
Still, an interesting project.

I wonder just how that would effect what type of gear you can wear? Probably no more than our attribute only characters

All my characters get played this way through normal unless I'm playing HC style. If playing SC style and don't mind 1 or 2 deaths can easily complete all of normal without spending a single stat point
