Single attribute build - Intelligence

Braniac the full INT attributes no masteries have seen the day this morning and is presently level 5. The main problem whit her will probably be the lack of health but the damage output will probably be good enough to compensate. The goal will be to kill everything before they can even touch me, cause if I do not find any +health items, very soon I'll be in danger to be one-shotted by every single hit. As of now, I didn't find any good staff so I'm stuck with a torch that adds 5-10 fire damage. It is already time consuming to kill satyres...3 or 4 shots required so I'm taking hits for too long. I really have to try to aggro one ennemy at a time and stock on red potions like crazy. Tonight or tomorrow I'll try to continue her journal and post a pic of her....anyway this will be quite a challenge to undertake and I like it.

What is this build gonna prove? My caster characters always go pure int anyway.

Yep greatcornholio...we can't select a masteries (no skills) so everything will have to come through gears only that we find along.

Brainiac is level 8 now and just got rid of Nessus. It was quite a long fight because the staff I found doesn't give me a lot of DPS. I dropped the torch for this fight because I didn't want to remain too close to Nessus. My INT is around 106 now and my DPS is something like 17-19 at the moment. Without gears that increase health I do not think I will be able to sustain boss fights...the cyclops and Old Elias is kind of scaring Brainiac a bit. But forwrad she will go....and updates you will recieve.

Is anyone going to do the energy only build? I'm sure he/she will give up before actIII, engery only seems impossible.

Brainiac went on a bad luck streak. This morning my computer froze twice as I was fighting for the sacred olive branch. I was running away after a few staff attacks with poison slowly draining my life. All of a sudden computer freezes and when I could get the control of Brainiac again, all the action went fast forward and in half a second I was dead. This happened twice in a row. After that I realized that my anti-virus program was doing a complete scan....god I was so frustrated!!! Anyway Brainiac didn't get any problems with the Cyclops, just took a bit of time but still defeated him. Found blues that I can't equip (shield and axes) and greens that I can't equip either. Her only lucky find is a wristlet of the gryphon, which helped a lot her damage output. I still have to post a pic and I'll try to do so tonight.

To Batman, Viper_Sweden and Wookiegirl...if you think her deaths prevent her from competing in this little competition I am willing to start over again...I just do not want to be discarded because of the computer but only if I was the one playing wrong.

I'm sure it'll be OK. No point starting over for the sake of your AV.

Only when you think that Brainiac(Love the name, we have a TV show of the same name over here) really cannot handle life any more.

Thank's Batman...I'll still wait to see what Wookiegirl and Viper_Sweden will have to say about that. Meanwhile I'll keep playing her untill the three member jury decide Brainiac fate.
