Default Keymapping PT / DR ?

Hi all,

Just a general question for all Dreamers:
Im using Distort Reality so far (only lvl28 yet)
Im working on my Evoker Build Dream/Earth (sort of Melee/Aura build as stated from Seraphim here)

As everyone says Psionic Touch is such a great skill im currently trying that additionally.

But i have problems using it.

I got used to DR on RMB (RightMouseButton)

I tested PT on Key 1 - is this how you use it ?

I also tested swapping them and use PT on RMB - but i find DR on "1" is a mess...

As PT seems only to work out of combat i have to find a group first before they spot me - which isnt really easy because i have to move at least so close i can use my aim on one of them.

Am i wrong in using it ? How do you use it ?

TYA

Yes, PT belongs on the left mouse button, it even tells you to use it there in the skills description.

I use it on my RMB. LMB to move my character close then RMB and hold while moving the cursor from one mob to the next until the attack is done then LMB to move on to the next group.

With my Templar, I have PT on my LMB, DW on my RMB and DR on my MMB (Middle MB).

All left click skill should be bound to right mouse button.

From onslaught, Psionic Touch, Arrow Tree, calc strike, ternion, all of them.

For one reason, you can click once and hold the key down. This is invaluable especially in multiplay, where things are crazy and finding the enemies is as much challenge as killing them.

Single moves, like distort can be bound to left mouse, and will not activate until the sword icon appears over an enemy. You can still run normally.

I cannot stress enough how much this improves a players gameplay.

How is that different than left mouse button? I guess I've just learned how to use the ctrl button to stay still and not hold the ctrl button when I want to move after a target.

RMB = Psionic Touch
LMB = Phantom Strike

That's how I do it.

Out of curiousity, does anyone know if there is a way to expand the list of left click spell/skill options. My druid and oracle can't assign anything but chainlightning to the left mouse button, which I do not want there, but I would like to add thunderball. Unfortunately, most trees, except dream, give you limited options for left mouse button skills.

I know of nothing but I imagine this info is defined in the .dbr.

This is my only real complaint with TQ, all skills should be able to be assigned on either button.
