Help on making artifacts

I have always been a diablo 2 fan, and I recently bought this gem and I am enjoying TQ a lot!


First of all I must say I am sorry cause my game comes with all items with spanish names, hope I am not mistranslating anything.

The problem is that I have founf chaos cube formula, but despite I have the ingredients tha game keeps saying I have none of them (0/3).

For example I have a lot of Essence of Dionysus Wineskin shards in my inventory but it says I dont have, I just dont a¡understand it, and the spanish manual doesn't explain it at all.
