Thats not vitality resistance, thats just life leech resistance. It will say you have 200% vitality resistance when you in fact have 0%.
Vitality resistance is usually gotten from a ring socketed with demon's blood (legendary preferrably).

Crystal of Erebus also gives vitality resists. I'm not aware of any unique item that does but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Myrmidon's Pendant gives you ~40% vitality resistance.
Look for various artifacts too. But the best solution is demon's blood, as mentioned.

Vitality resistance makes a huge difference against Hades.

Definitely. Pretty all my chars end up with one green ring with a demons blood socked in. Hale ~ of Immortality for meleers, Socrates/Platos ~ of Immortality for casters.

If you're lacking with resisitance then wear a resist ring. I'm using mostly Hale of immotality/strength/dexterity.
Highest drop rate for demon's blood is in act 4, Tower of Judgement, lowest level. Those demons there drop it quite often. Another good place is between the last rebirth fountain in Wusao cave and the Telkine. Lots of fire demons there.
