Inside Source quest

I'm supposed to find some guy named Pylades. I've run through Act 4 on normal, epic AND legendary but I have yet to find this guy on the Plains of Judgement so I can only assume he's somewhere else. Anyone remember where he was?

Plains of Judgement Portal , the Person in the upper far right of the room just before the exit to the actual Plains imho.

just talk to everyone(!) whos still in the building on your way out from the Portal at PoJ to the actual plains if you just cant find him.

I had a problem with this guy on legendary where I couldn't talk to him untill much later in the act.
