That's nothing. I have 64 points unspent.

As for the scrolls, I hope they are not treated as normal blue items so that the drop rate of an actual weapon or armor decreases becouse of them.

Then on to my next question...what good does it do to save them? I can understand for a while when you are figuring out a second mastery but at his level...whats the point? Just curious btw...not a huge deal but I would rather spend em to make my character better than to keep them cooped up collecting dust

Because they have more than enough to wear their current gear and don't know what future gear they may want so they keep the points in reserve in case they need some Dex or whatever.

Maybe the scroll you've found can be read by the new kind of NPC, I don't know the name they called it. Not the Caravan guy, but the other one.

Funny items meant to add personality to the game. Not unlike the santa/holmes/cowboy sets.

it's not the treasury quest item...I collected all the items needed for the quest and you don't need this scroll to complete it.
It's just one of the random cool items in the game
