Am I wrong that it doesn't come out until next week, or are you all buying it in Europe (I think it's released there today, but usually you wouldn't find it on release day)....

Devs said it's not the Euro release date. It's the date they got the games. There's a difference, because the worldwide release date is the 5th.

Chooch just said the Europeans don't give a **** about the worldwide release date and just put the boxes on the shelves when they got them instead of waiting till Tuesday like they were supposed to.

I got mine at EB Games yesterday. Since all Swedish sites had the 2nd as release date (hell, even gamespot has it), I figured it was the supposed release date here.

Nah, check out the thread I started for the devs. The developers don't even have their copies yet. The Euros released early.

the worldwide release date is the 5th.

I thought that the official release date is the 8th?? That's what Michael Fitch IIRC in the last video.

And even then it's not the same everywhere. Like I said in the "Delayed release" thread, we're getting it one whole week later.

In general in America they've landed on a Tuesday drop on all new games and movies. Tuesday the 6th will be the day most people get it, but apparently Monday is when most vendors will be getting their copies here in the States.

Either way, I hate anyone who is able to play it right now. That's just the way it is, sorry....
