Has this set always been there??

I was just browsing through the Legendary items on GameBanshee when one set, or rather the statistics of one set, caught my attention:

Eternal Ward of Tartarus

The interesting thing about it is one of the stats giving you more damage to Titans and decreasing the damage you take from Titans. Since the only Titan we see in the game is Typhon, I'm currently wondering whether:

a) this is some old set that I missed/haven't paid enough attention to before

OR

b) this is a new set, prepared with the intention of making our life in Hades easier.

Can anyone tell me which is it?? I'm guessing it's a), but I'd like to be certain

If you join an online game set in legendary, you're likely to see a player wearing Tartarus ward's. It's very common.
