I dont want shields... ffs, I DONT!

So, I wanna play a rouge+warfare and go with only sword as a weapon (no shield or dual wield)
My concern is, when I pick a shield from a groun it will be automatically placed as a secondary weapon. I'd like to eliminate the chance for that.

What do I do, use some sort of hack, or remove the chance of dropping a shield?

Just imagine if we can use not only two sword,club and similiar
Imagine two staff or two spear and TWO SHIELD(increase defence but little weaker attack)

Perhaps you could create a custom shield and make it invisible, zero blocking chance, etc..?

Yeah, you can't not pick up any, because you might get a decent shield dropped for one of other characters.

I have no idea - you should check out the modding wiki. An alternative thing that you might be able to be done is setting all swords to two-handed weapons - if you're good with mass find and replace programs it might be easy...

wtf why go whit only wane weapon wel dasent matter
the trick is very easy:
put 1 point in duwel wield put 2 swords on or whatever club axe then just remove the point from duwel wield and you have a full slot on the left easy isent it
