Hey Bman, got an important tidbit for you if you haven't already done so! The patch location in 1.30 is the same as 1.20, so simply copy/paste your code, it'll be good to go for 1.30 then as well.

If that is the case then the current TQVaultMon should work I think. It will think it is version 1.20 and will patch it. But I guess it needs to also look out for the new .exe name b/c right now it only looks for Titan Quest.exe

No problem, now that I think of it...that explains why alot of people say they have been using TQ Vault without a problem--the patch locations make the Vault think it's still 1.20 and by luck the locations are the same. Ironic that it's the first time this happened, lol.

beta3 loads and shows the IT items as orange boxes

as for charms the numbers are counted and the names given.

btw how do you determine which language to use in vault? my TQ items are listed with the german names , the IT items obviously with the english ones. my TQ installation is english, though. (i hate german dubbed pc games even though i AM german , lol )

Mine does the same thing now(the orange showing and what not, not the german stuff) and some of the IT specific items will show the name with a color in the description area (like quest items, relics/charms and weapons) but the artifacts, scrolls and the weird parchment messages show the location in the description area, like this

For the language: It looks in the TQ options (not IT options) for your language setting and attempts to use that language. If it can't find that language file, it looks at the OS language and uses that. If that fails, it just sees what language files are there and picks one. A sure-fire way to force it to use English is to hide all the Text\Text_??.arc (TQ) or Resources\Text_??.arc (IT) files except the EN versions for English.

Orange boxes is the best I can hope for until I have the game. I'm actually happy the IT-specific charms/relics/quest items are showing graphics. But the new item types probably have slightly different field names (IronLore is not very consistent with this sort of stuff) and so TQVault doesn't know the correct field names to use to grab the data it needs. I suppose if someone were to use the Art Tools to extract a sample .dbr for each of: Artifact, Formulae, Scroll, Parchment then I could fix it. Also I can't do colors unless someone tells me what color they are supposed to be, ideally with a screenshot.

Silly question, but does it handle potion stacking for IT yet?
I made a booboo. My ported char had stacked potions and when I moved the potions it split them. Now my stash is entirely full of potions. Sold some, but would like to stack them back if possible. Anyone tested this yet?

BTW, great work on getting this up for IT, especially considering you don't have a local copy yet, it's amazing how quickly it's coming together for the IT exp.

The Portable has all of Bman's mods updated for 1.30 except Rockin' Criticals (that will never get updated...too complex for me). It also has relics in all for IT, but the potion stacking did not work, Bman might need to make a specific implementation for IT that I can update in the future.

i now replaced the database.arz from TQ with the one from IT that did the trick so to let TQVault extract it ...

the item.rar.zip is TQVaultData\records\xpack\items\* , so its the complete item tree of the IT db, atleast i hope so.

its actually RAR'ed not zipped but forum does only accept .zip so just rename

about colors/icons ... really better off with screenshots of these items in the inventory or rather get the actual texture etc files from THQ\Titan Quest Immortal Throne\Resources\XPack\Items.arc ?

Thanks for the unpack. No I don't need textures or anything. I am talking about the item color text. Like epics are blue and legendaries are purple and rares are green and relics are orange. I need to know what color parchments, scrolls, artifacts, formulae are. If they are the same as something else, then just say orange or whatever. If they are new colors, then just a quick snapshot of the inventory showing off the colored text would do.

p.s. You should be able to use TQVault to restack your potions even though it will not change the game to remove the limit, you can drop them on each other in TQVault to recombine your stacks. There have been reports that IT does not check for modified characters which means I may not need to modify TQVaultMon if you are using IT.
