A already have several screenshots. How exactly do I post them here? I tried right-clicking on one then selecting Copy but I can't seem to paste it here. Do I need to use Fraps (I have no idea what this is for) or something more up to date? It's either that or I'm acting like a total klutz.

Are you using a third party hosting site? like Webshot or image shack like it says to do?
