If you are doing melee with no pets its an interesting build to say the least. Combo of fire-enhanced, poison delivering, bleeding melee attacks, with some additional knives/fire spells. It is certainly diverse enough to be able to damage all diff monsters with diff resists. But, you may be lacking in overall damage due to the diversity. Are you also opposed to Lay Traps (not really a pet, but is an active summon)?

I suggest, for normal at least, you max out Ring of Fire and it's synergies then. If your going to be in melee as a rogue-melee build then being able to clear entire groups in a pulse or two will be invaluable.

Max Earth Enchantment
Max Ring of Fire

Those two should get you through Eqypt at least with ease.

Yes, but by the time you hit Epic chances are your Flame rings will be causing very little damage proportionally to enemy health. So around that time it'll probably be in your best interest to remove points from it at a Mystic, and reassign them into another skill (My suggestion would be traps and their synergies, if they aren't maxed already. 2 or 3 traps, firing a spray that penetrates is very pretty).
