If you could each Ternion bolt as its own attack and the chance for the burn damage rolls separately for each attack, then you would have almost a 40% chance to ignite the target. And I believe that the burn damage is modified by your items and skills as if it were fire damage.
Then there is also the damage per second, which would probably be more useful if it weren't for the fact that your equipment is probably not set up to boost physical damage much, only elemental damage, so the damage increase from the physical component isn't really that great either. In the end, not worth it. Not for builds that rely on quick enemy deaths, anyway. |
