Elementalist thoughts...

I wonder if you guys can point me in the right direction.
Currently playing an elementalist but I'm very undecided where to focus my skill points. I'm pretty low level at the moment and just hit Egypt at lvl 19.

I've put all my attribute points into INT/Mana and one or 2 into DEX.
I'm not entirely sure of the exact skill points, but it's pretty even between Volcanic Orb and Lightning Bolt. With a pair each in Core dweller and wisp.
I rely heavily on my pets to take dmg and for me to dish it out long range, and I think thats the play style I'm looking for with this guy.

Basically, to be able to maintain this, where do you think I should focus my up coming points, or do you think I've made a mistake with my choices so far?

I have currently finished normal with an elementalist. It was damn easy not I mean REALLY EASY much easier than thte 5 other combos I tried including trapper brigand, ternion+earth, warden and ... I unskilled Core dweller when I realised it only works well if you put ALL your spare points into it and poured all those points into lightning bolt which cleared every single screen of anything! Choose either storm or earth as your main field (The one you focus on) you only get the chance to spread out later on in epic or legendary. Yes you should reskill a bit. 1 point into stone form is a must!!! Use it while waiting for stuff to cooldown and if needed drink a potion while waiting if you have the storm counter attack skills they will trigger off nicely too, this is earth's most importaint skill (Even more imo than CD). If you're into storm (Like me) Max out eye of storm, storm bolt and synergy (A note for finishing normal is to reskill just before fighting a boss for maximum damage. I actually found the last 2 bosses to be really easy. 1 point in wisp is enough since it rarely dies (Unless a spell hits it) I don't want to spoil it for you but that wisp will really make things easier (Atleast the boss before the last one). All in all this is my favorite build and using it is tonns of fun.
