Some questions about Core Dweller

I'll be blunt: :P

1. How is provoke broken in 1.2?
- Just wondering what the difference was, he seems to tank fine...

2. Should I max his line? (Conjurer /w LK)
- Asking the forums' opinion on whether I should get his skills or max Flame Surge & Barrage and so on...

3. Does his damage scale up in epic & legendary?
- His damage would seem to be a bit meh... I haven't been into epic yet.

4. Do you guys name your CD?
- I like to call him Corey

1. Yes, we call him CD= Core Dweller

2. Don't get flame surge, it just doesn't pay off, especiale in legendary and late epic. There are many others to that agree with me on that point.

For minimizing points and maximizing damage efficiency (considering you're going dual pet) you can't go wrong with Eruption IMO, it has a fire and forget utility to it which is very good for running around while your pets occupy monsters.

1 point in Wild Fire is good for getting your Core Dweller (I call mine Hardcore!) a pulling tactic, and additionally if you position your Liche King next to him in melee you'll be enhancing both of their effectiveness.

In later difficulties, all pets become stronger all around, as a matter of fact IMO Nature mastery's wolves are viable up to about act 3 normal and then they lose effectiveness until you get into Epic due to the enemies scaling a little more sharply than them in Normal. Later difficulties remedy that.

Yep Max Metamorphosis = immune to fire! then lvl 1 fire shield him = 15% phys immunity.
BTW My CD name is Blobby.

CD is a little bit "unresistance" on 1.20. He can hold all village of Yerens, 2-3 Pack Hunters, Dragons, but he died "quickly" when he attacked by couple of pengs, spiders or djins. I uploaded 1.20 on legendary so I don't know how is CD on normal and epic. My last patch version is 1.11. Ternion sucks

I cant kill Barmanu on legendary. I have six pets and I cant kill him. CD(max all skills), LK(max all skills), Outsider(10lvl) and three pets granted by item(Had Scepter - Ancestral Horn). Barmanu kill my CD instantly with rocks, and all my pets same. He stuned me and kill me with rocks too. Im 59 lvl.

Name of my CD is Idiot, but good idiot.

Yeah, with Barmanu sometimes you gotta just not use Core Dweller, run up and cast a spell at him and then run around while your long range pets attack him. Otherwise, when you see the shadows of the meteors, quickly ctrl+left click CD and move his rocky azz out of the way.
