Stone Form granted by item?

Question: Does Stone Form used by earth mastery prevent all damage while active?

Yes it does.
Damage absorbtion works against all kinds of damage , so 100% = invulnerability.

My conjurer has survived many a boss attack with it.
And he can barely survive normal mob attacks without it.

Thanks! So, either the skill granted by an item is less potent by design, or unintentionally. Frankly, I don't mind. I was just curious. Thanks agian.

Really? I had Stone Form against level 13 Satyr (Blue ones) and I still get hurt.

Stone Form prevents all damage whatsoever. mrtitanboi, you must either be thinking of Stone Skin, or Stone Form ran out but the graphic stayed around a bit longer... I've seen that happen. But you can move and attack as soon as it runs out, even if the graphic is still present.

Paul_G: The Bracers of Atlas are evidently still bugged, because no damage is supposed to get through. Do they still prevent you from moving or attacking?

Nope, its Stone Form, I was covered by rock, getting attacked, and taking damage.

I've read somewhere that poison and some other damage still effects you even when you're in stoneform. However I'm not sure where I read it or if it's entirely true.

yes, can't move or attack but can use potions.

Stoneform = cant be hurt (while it last). Be careful though as you may get kill while entering/leaving stoneform ime. Best way of using it imo is to cast stuff like Eurption/Squall AOE DOTs then hit stoneform. Then the bad guys all come in to the kill and die Hehehe. (Need high lvl skills though).

It doesnt make you immune, any poisons or burn over time kind of attacks will instantly kick in as soon as Stone Form runs out.

And the gfx of it stays slightly longer then it should so you will take damage while still being in stone form (from your pov). I solve this on my battlemage for example by mashing War Horn so i usually end up seeing the War Horn stun graphic while im still inside a rock
