Default "nopickup" feature

Hi! First, let me say that I'm really looking forward to the full game. The demo definitively had the right "feel" to it. I experienced some issues (bugs, but they all seem to be taken care of in other posts.

I do, however, find the lack of a nopickup feature a bit annoying. By "nopickup" I mean that you should (1) only be able to pick up items while pressing the item filter button, and (2) only those that actually gets through the filter.

Example: A blue items lies in the midst of a huge pile of grays and whites. Without nopickup you would still have to "dodge" the other items with your mouse cursor to pick up the blue one - With nopickup, no such trouble.

For future loot runs it is a must

It also happens to me that I often accidentally pick up unwanted/filtered items from the ground. I have already swapped the Alt- with the X-key, so only colourful stuff is showing; anything else is under my standard.
I think a true filter that permanently removes unwanted stuff from sight/pick-up would be handy; also a bit performance improving.

/nopickup was one of my favourite commands in D2. Hopefully there's something similar that'll be included here.

I'd definitely love to see nopickup. At the least, while holding down one of the item display keys, you should not be able to pick up a filtered item.
