Since there is no subforum for the demo with sugestios for the final game i decided to make one here.
Some are gameplay oriented some are graphics-wise some game-wise. Graphics: -allow option to disable shadows completely. They require a lot from video cards in any game and thus there should be an option to disable them. -allow an option to disable day/light cycle (I know this add to the feeling but the game has a lot of feeling as it is). Of course in the caves it should be dark .-also i'm not sure but i think game comes with anisotrophic enabled from the beggining and from what i seen the game looks great on the lowest details so add an option to turn it off. Gameplay -replace the save button with save and exit.(i really don't know what the game does if you don't save before exiting but i guess it takes you to the last save. If you make this change i also sugest an auto-save feature on leveling/entering a new area/tp-ing to city so if anything happens and game crashes (or power failure, anything) you will not loose all your work. -when you place your mouse over a band you just recieved it shows you that one and the 2 you have so 3 windows, i think the 1-st and the 2-nd should be reversed so you see them as they are on your char. Now the right window shows the left band/loop and the right windows shows the left band/loop. Game -I don't know how it works but the multiplayer should be connected via tcp/ip (i mean to be able to play over internet with the ip, whithout connecting to the gamespy servers (IIRC this is how the battle-net is made)). -Also in mp the map should show you the location of your party members(like the quest markers and such). Will update as i see. |

The game autosaves constantly. The conditions which trigger an autosave are too numerous to mention. We only included the Save option in the game menu becasue some players feel uncomfortable if they are not given the option to save the game "Just In Case" Its really mostly a psychological thing.
