Resilience stacking with -Recharge
If Adrenaline is activated, and Resilience is level 6 (-64% Recharge), and the player has at least -36% Recharge from items, do all skills refresh instantly? And can you then activate a skill and it's immediately ready for re-use?

They stack just fine.
If they add up to 100%+ then you will get instant refresh. Resilience only affects skills that are cast while adrenaline is active. If you cast colossus and then resilience activates , it will not affect it's cooldown at all. If you cast colossus while adrenaline is active , then it's cooldown will be cut by whatever percentage -recharge you get.
