Question re: Rally line

Pretty much ignored rally and the attendant synergies on my Paladin, but taking a closer look now that playing a warden. However, someone confused about the descriptions of inspiration and defiance and would like a better idea before I start sinking points in. Questions below ...

1. Do Inspiration and Defiance last for the full duration of the base rally.
2. Inspiration lists duration as 1 sec at 1 pt and rises to 10 sec when maxed. Does this mean that this buff only lasts from 1 to 10 secs or does it mean that it increases duration of Rally by 1-10 secs (ie 11-20 secs)
3. What is recast time on Rally?
4. Am I correct in assuming that resilience also affects recast on rally provided that it is popped while adrenaline is up?

all i can answer is number 4, yes it affects rally. in fact resilience affects any spell casted while adrenaline is on.

2. Increases Rally duration
3. If you have resilience maxed, it lasts longer than the recast timer so you can cast it anytime you feel.
4. Resilience affects recharge of all skills while in an adrenaline rush. With other gear that lowers recharge, you can just forget about recast timers altogether.
