Is there a fanpatch just for TQ without Immortal Throne?

im toying with the idea of not getting Immortal Throne. Dream Mastery osunds a bit overpowered and maybe my interest wont last into the 4th Act.

But I'm keen to try out the fan patch and so I was wondering if there is a fan patch out just for TQ alone?

The other thing that somewhat bugs me about TQ:IT is that at that level of gaming, you really want good multiplayer. I'm just not sure TQ has good multiplayer -- i heard it is prone to hacking (not too unusual).

No, there is no fanpatch for vanilla TQ, it was designed for the IT expansion. It is well worth it if your not sure, dream is alot of fun, as is Act 4 in general.

Also, the multiplayer in TQ is quite a lot of fun, especially if you have a regular friend or group to play with
