Usually I would level up my chars from lvl 15 to lvl 35 by repeating going through Temple of Hatshepsut obliterating all dark obelisks.Those things generate loads of XP pts.But those hideous phasma things tend to make things difficult.My armor soak physical melee hits just fine (combined armor rating of 559 in normal dificulty) but hideous phasma do not deal physical damage or their damage is much too high and in addition I could see any of them wielding a weapon at all.Please investigate because I dont think that a lvl 33 evoker clad in firewalker armor except for the leggings(ardent greaves) should get such a thrashing from those green things.

Yes the thing is guys you need to make sure that those skellys didn't get there stats boosted in anyway to counter there lack of weapons (IE that the devs didn't change their minds about them having weapons).
Its the same thing for relic Hermes Sandal this is unfinished as the devs made a decision to leave it out but after they half done it, as it was there from day 1 they could of easily added it at IT release.

I agree, the obelisk skeletons have turned really nasty in the patch. But the skeletons are not wearing equipment nor do they drop anything. Maybe they are just using the stats without really wearing it because they were not designed to be outfitted.

I've also noticed obelisk skeletons are far nastier. Regular skeletons don't scare me, although the yellow mobs like frost liches and captains can sometimes give me a good fight. But the plasma skeletons and things from the obelisks come out and burn through my health like its dry paper. I don't know if it's working as designed or not.

There are other mobs which are far more - interesting - after applying the community patch. Like the gorgon geomancers and profaners - I love how they use their special elemental attacks against you now - they are scary yeah but lots of fun too.

I like how the mobs are harder and use their special attacks more often. Mages in acts 3-4 are really spell happy now. The obelisks are easy to get rid of, they are just harder to farm for xp now.

Hermes Sandal was in the TQ demo but was removed in the final version. I do like it however.

Well, it's back

If it was in the demo I wonder how it got lost? It's not anywhere near overpowered and they even got a little story about Hermes in the game..

Exclamation Re: Bugs and fixes for unofficial patch

Since online servers with community patch are rare, is it possible to save my profile, and reinstall game with official patch? Will I be able to play with the 'community patched' character on official servers? I quess not.

I really wanted to try multiplayer, but I cant connect to any server, and I dont want to start from scratch.

So, if someone know servers using community patch, post their names, please (I found just one).

Is the bug fixing still active, in other words will there be a final release?

Well, the community patch should be widely used once it's officially released, but until than it'd be rather hard to find one and we recommend against using it for online play (unless you play with people you know). The patch will still be updated and isn't ready yet. And yes, it's still being developed.

About the leaving out of stuff;
there are a great amount of obvious errors in the database, so it does not really come as a surprise that they left certain things out by mistake. I'm not sure how the obelisk skellies are affected.
