Avalanche sometimes causes the game to crash

This sometimes happens when you try to cast it indoors, for example inside the caves. It happens quite rarely even with my avalanche spamming build, and usually avalanche works fine inside the caves. The first time it happened in act 4 somewhere close to the beginning in a cave with human-sized ants walking on two legs (don't remember what they are called) when i tried to cast avalanche on their queen (i guess it was their queen). [that's the cave that you are required to pass through]. Has anyone else had this bug?
