Default Vibrancy petrify retrigger - bugged?

Hi!

I noticed that with Vibrancy (in Vampirism), sometimes enemies freeze and do not recovery. It was suggested that the effect is retriggering, but even so, I think there may still be a bug as:

(a) I only ever see one enemy in a group getting frozen
(b) The % activation is small
(c) The same enemy is frozen and does not recover, well past the frozen duration
(d) Given the low % activation, it is unlikely that the same enemy gets hit again and during the freeze duration so that it extends indefinitely.
(e) I have observed this situation over multiple mobs encountered. Always one and only one enemy gets frozen forever.

Thanks. We will take a look at it. I checked it and saw it also.

The activation chance must be that low though, otherwise it would be too powerful (if it worked as intended...).

Sounds like the duration is broken, or the game just rolls once per monster and then keeps reapplying it to the mob while it lasts?

You've got your Offensive Global chance set to 100% but you don't have any effects under it.

You need to set the effects you want to be a part of the Global Test to TRUE (1) in their global field (such as offensiveFumbleGlobal).

If you want only one of the effects to activate, you must also set their XOR to true; it's like the Exclusive skills - only one of the XOR effects will be applied. I think from experience that you also have to give the different effects an actual non-zero chance as well (such as offensiveFumbleChance).
