Hardcore players (enter here).

As was mentioned in the other thread; we talked about making games dedicated for us hardcore players.

My idea was this:

1. To make games with the names Hardcore 1, Hardcore 2, Hardcore 3 etc ...
with password: thunder (can change if need be).

2. Rules being: if you die you delete your toon

3. You can trade with other HC players (only)

4. Obviously no cheating, hacking etc ...

5. It was sort of a toss up on if tweeking was going to be allowed or not - we could 'vote' or something to see what people think ...

6. It would be great if we had a vent server to use; I dont have one but maybe someone else does (I think you can get a free one that allows up to 8 players on it - not sure) (someone whom knows these things want to chime in?)

7. Listing your characters here so that way we know if we get uninvited peeps coming in and trying to cause problems.


So basically for anyone that wants to play hardcore;
a. first you look for a game labeled with the above name ...
b. if there is one listed you check the req. and type of game etc ...
c. if your character fits there then you join and have fun
d. if not you make a new Hardcore X game and wait for more players ....

I havn't played much online yet so I'm not sure what the mutiplayer quest bugs are ...

We should get them listed so we dont mess up anyones toons while we play etc ...

Subotai - Warden I think he's level 26 up to act 1 epic
Drengur - Conqueror (will go dual wield) act 3 normal

I'll make a new toon also if need be or help people through an area etc ...

Hardcore player here, but going single player for my first pass-through of the game. I'm currently 48.5, Act 1 Legendary, 0 deaths. Be posting a full description of my adventure when I defeat Typhon, then I'll join ya'll. Best of luck until then.

Soothsayer. Pre-release I determined the two most powerful builds were likely to be oracle & soothsayer, I felt, and still do, that the soothsayer is the more survivable, and boring, of the builds.

I decided to play my conqueror for awhile ie duel wielder ... farmed typhoon a bunch of times and then started again in act 1 epic ... Got some decent drops so I'm semi cruising ... resists are a bit low thou so I'm chugging pots still like crazy ...

which guy you playing now armada ... maybe I can join you at some point frag ... no where near legendary thou yet ... need to get my resists way up there to do that ...
