Freezing when trying to start internet multiplayer

I've tried 5 times now and everytime i press Start the game freezes. I have to force shutdown my computer because ctrl-alt-delete doesn't work. I can't get back to my desktop either.

Is this a problem on my end or is the server down? I tried going online yesterday and everything was fine.

By the way, i have the new patch downloaded. Thanks.

you using any software firewalls? ive had similar problems with zonealarm when full screened games ask for permission to connect to internet but the popup never shows up ingame. incase you are using any, manually give tq a permission to connect to internet from your firewall options if you can or try playing without the firewall active.

Ahh, i forgot to turn off Zone Alarm. I'll try that. Thank you.

OK i got on to the server, but it won't build any list of games for me. Also, it's super slow as hell. I find it hard to believe no one is online playing.
