Does anyone use this thing? I wasn't planning on it, but then I realized how hard it was to find and contact people using just the in-game Gamespy interface. Last night I crashed and just flat-out lost a person with whom I was having a lot of fun. So -- unless there's a better alternative -- I'm going to be familiarizing myself with this program.

Yeah, I enjoy using XFire as a IM program, better then crappy MSN and Yahoo and such.. Plus I get to see what servers my mates are on.

xfire rocks, works in conjunction with the in game matchmaking.....and i remapped my chat pane key to enter so its like other games, i remapped the xfire chat key to shift + enter, and its very convenient, u can even talk to peeps while loading map
