I'll start with the urgent stuff, can't kill megalesios, normal difficulty.

I'm level 17, summoner, my first character. Been playing about 7 hours so far today... it's pretty good stuff, until you run into a boss and it becomes impossible, nice balance... maybe not!

True, who is Megalesios anyway ? the first Telkine ?

If you don't manage to kill him with your current tactics, you should rethink them (this includes your skills). Everything can be beat on normal with any char (provided he is not messed up skill and stat wise and doesn't just stand in front of the enemy, hacking away at him and hoping to deal death faster than he receives it).

Typhon may be the only exception here in 1.20, he truly is difficult, nothing else is, just hang in there

The biggest issue is people giving up to easy. I haven't yet died fighting that boss (can't spell his name) and I'm a noob, my first char beat the hell out of him, second as well, both ranged. Kite ftw, glad there is no stamina in TQ
