Hecate's Rod, dropped by the very nice bull outside the Jade Palace in Legendary. On my switch is a 1900ish total dps Lighting Empyrean with a +35% Attack Speed Zeus in it.

P.S. On that note, I value +skills very highly on my build even at the expense of my own dps, as the bulk of my dmg comes from my buddies.
