Is it true that there are only two skins? Male and female, wait tho, you can change the colour of the tunic he wears, nice feature indeed. Maybe they have done this for a reason and will add more in an expansion? Who knows why it is so. I wont be rushing out to buy a game that has limited basic features that make playing a game more enjoyable, it just doesnt do it for me to have either a fat or skinny gladiator style character with same looks with like 4 others in multiplayer (If that is the size of the multiplayer option games) running around with just different outfits, one with a sword other with a staff.
I see it as rushing, then i could be wrong, but hey thats my opinion, like many other opinions around here.
NWN 2 all the way.

It isn't about rushing a game, it's about priorities. A game isn't fun because you can make your character look completely different to someone else, cosmetically. It can add a few minutes of 'oh cool!' factor into the game, but it wears off rapidly. Guild Wars is another game where you can pick between male and female, and then colour. You really don't feel like you are missing anything.
If you are really discounting the game because you can't 'Barbie-doll' your character, then this wasn't the game for you from the start. Instead everyone else is interested in skills, monsters, items and so forth. Also, if you look at the trailers, your character look does differ quite a bit depending on the armour and items you wield. That, for me at least, is cool enough as everyone starts off looking similar, and then branches out to their desired professions.
Hell, in Diablo I and II you can't even choose gender or colour, look how important that was to the fun factor of the game and it's success. >_>
In regards to the rotational camera, true it is used, but most people play with a fixed view, even if the camera can rotate. You often up end using it to orient yourself to the attack/movement direction, then stick it back to the default "up/north" position, as players find it easy to navigate this way. Again, for me personally it's neithere here nor there if it's included or not. I would probably use it if it was, but only for about 2 seconds, to look at what I wanted too and then I would reorient it, just like in NWN, Spellforce and Guild Wars. It just isn't critical in this kind of game, and will not impact the fun factor at all. Hopefully, this will be included in a patch sometime, but the Barbie-doll stuff, I wouldn't get too hung up on it.
