Blood can be done as soon as our editing tools are enhanced. The first mod is already there and can be improved. It "simply" takes a weapon effect, that only affects living creatures and that is applied to all weapons. The grafical effect then needs to be altered to look like spraying blood. Currently however the possibilities are very limited because the tools we have at our disposal are very limited in terms of changing integral, visual parts of the game.

Currently the people at IL are either on vacation (after the release sprint) or working on the patch. Enhancements to the toolset are currently low priority and only happen after most bugs are squashed if ever.
