Yes i'm Danish, but I'm not a egalitarianist
Of the 3 reasons I also thought the lack of Character Customaization to be the most relevant.
It's true that having a unique char is nice in Multiplayer, but keep in mind that the assortment of items is hopefully bigger than D2. And hopefully not everybody is going to wear same items.
IMO it's better that Ironlore made many different skill-combinations. It's the skills, which makes your character unique, not the look
