Or Alt to see normal items and better (Z - or W on AZERTY keyboards by default - show all items even cracked ones), or even X to show only magical items and better
What's needed though is an option to prevent collecting items when clicking without highlighting them, it's a pain to collect lots of junk while moving in a fight
