Well, I guess I better pass this along... it does not seem to install for me - it says Titan Quest Immortal Throne could not be located on your system. Please reinstall and try again (or something to that effect...)
Now I know I am not installed in the default directory or drive, but all the other fan patches have installed without a hitch so you may want to look at the installer and see if there is anything happening with whatever determines the location of the game prior to installation of the fanpatch...
I'll wait for a response before trying anything different - I really don't want to go through the hassle of a reinstall if I don't have to...
