Question SoulSeekkor’s TQ Defiler V3.4.2 vs STEAM VAC

Hello everybody

I was wondering.....
If i use the defiler (SoulSeekkor’s TQ Defiler V3.4.2) to tweak up a bit my characters, will it be messing with STEAM's VAC (Valve Anti Cheat) and tickle its "cheat busting" sense ??

I mean, i don't mind a bit of "easy life" in offline games.... Afterall, who cares if i'm getting 1 billion gold using an editor if i'm playing offline, against the game??

A totally different matter imho is playing online with real players and stuff..... And since i'm into many Steam related games online, i'd go crazy if a bit of "innocent" editing in Titan Quest would mess with all my other stuff locking them up altogether...

So, did anybody try and "defile" characters with that particular editor, and use them in a Valve-Steam copy of the game ??

I tried to look for similar posts / threads but i couldn't find any... Pls help me if u can guys

P.S.
FYI i've got the steam version of TQ & TQ:IT (both legits of course)
and i play TQ:IT strictly single player... (So the VAC shouldn't be involved at all... I guess....)
