I've read a bit on Harbinger builds and am wondering about how to juice up OA/DA...a lot of the build guide posts mention that these need to be as high as possible but then their builds have ~100ish DEX...what's the best way to increase these stats, without actually donning gear just for that purpose (I haven't really seen effective gear that raise these stats that much as a side-effect)? I'm currently lvl37 with some sick hand-me-down gear from my Conqueror (Revenant Plate/Helmet, dual Stygian Scepters, Proioxis, Palioxis, Soul Shiver, Hale rings) so my standing DPS is ~4500ish and the Revenant stuff gives me a 4 skill-point boost but my OA/DA suck still. Any suggestions? Should I just farm for the Revenant stuff with DA/OA on it (losing other buffs/resists in the process)? What do you think?
