you still want them to drop--you just don't want to see them if you have the filter key pressed right? It *might* be possible, though painful since it requires assembly. I think an easier route, especially for a talented database modder with no x86 assembly skills, would be to mod the db records for all the yellow affixes and make them non-magical white affixes. That way they would all be white and thus hidden. But it shouldn't affect loot tables any.
